1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.

  • Be returned with original packaging.

  • Include proof of purchase.

  • Be requested within 15 days of purchase.

2. How to Request a Return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the parcel until it reaches us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us promptly with clear photos or videos.

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution. Damage caused by customer misuse or handling after delivery is not eligible for a return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Used or customer-damaged products.

  • Clearance and discounted sale items.

  • Products purchased using discount codes.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items that do not meet our return conditions.

Customized Products: These are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless received damaged, defective, or significantly different from the agreed specifications.

5. Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged after approval and return of the original item.

A 35% deduction from the original invoice value applies to approved exchanges, subject to our return conditions.

6. Refunds

Returned products will be inspected before a refund decision is made.

For approved refunds, a 30% deduction from the original amount will apply, and the remaining balance will be transferred through the agreed payment method.

Refunds typically take 3–12 working days to process, depending on the payment method or financial institution.
